• Merchant contact information: name and email address of the store owner.

• Collection data: collection names, product positions within collections, and collection settings.

5.1 Hosting Location

All data is stored on servers provided by DigitalOcean, located in the European Union. This ensures compliance with EU data protection regulations.

• Secure authentication via Shopify OAuth
• Regular security updates and monitoring

7.1 Active Installations

While Stockery is installed on your store, we retain data necessary for the App to function properly.

7.2 After Uninstallation

When you uninstall Stockery:

• Immediate deletion: sensitive store data (product data, collection data) is deleted immediately upon uninstallation.
• Retained data: basic merchant information (store name, email) may be retained for up to 3 years as permitted under GDPR for legitimate business purposes (e.g., legal compliance, fraud prevention).
